    I didn’t know how helpful CBD could be for better sleep. But if I think about it, I always knew CBD had this calming effect, so I guess I understand now how it helps with sleeping. This is pretty useful especially now when some people have messed up body clocks from staying at home due to quarantine in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic.
